  Recommendations一般基于Conclusions，需要你提供Possible Solutions，以解決Report中出現(xiàn)的問題。什么時候應(yīng)該采取什么樣的行動是我們在寫作時需要格外注意的一點。你在撰寫Report時，可以參考下面的建議來完成Recommendations部分的寫作。

  

  一、Recommendations主要內(nèi)容

  Recommendations應(yīng)該包括以下幾個重要方面：

  1) 應(yīng)采取什么Actions，誰應(yīng)該參與實施；

  2) 可以做些什么來實現(xiàn)更好或更全面的結(jié)果；

  3) 實施Recommendations的時候，可能會遇到什么樣的Risks；

  4) 怎么做才能成為Best Solution；

  5) 為了獲得Continuous Improvement，我們需要做哪些Further Research。

  

  二、Recommendations注意事項

  1) 建議部分是報告的最后一個主要部分。

  2) 這部分應(yīng)該在結(jié)論之后，附錄之前。

  3) 建議應(yīng)該有編號，以便讀者閱讀和引用。

  4) 建議應(yīng)該有一個introductory sentence / paragraph，以便與結(jié)論聯(lián)系起來，并概述各個方面。例如：'Due to the customer complaint and the lack of guidelines to prevent untrained sales staff from serving customers, the following recommendations are made concerning compensating the customer and revising the guidelines.'

  5) 推薦應(yīng)該有小標(biāo)題，以便讀者容易找到合適的信息。

  6) 建議應(yīng)該提到其所解決的問題。例如：'In the light of the customer's complaint that our salesperson recommended the wrong product to him, we should ensure that all sales staff complete their product training before serving customers.'

  7) 前面提到的單個對象應(yīng)該稱為'it'，而前面提到的情況應(yīng)該稱為'This'。例如：' The product was not suitable, so we should replace it ' ( 'it' = the product，或' The product was not suitable, and this caused the customer to complain' ( 'this' = The lack of suitability of the product).

  整體而言，你的Recommendations應(yīng)該切實可行，并且邏輯上與討論和結(jié)論相關(guān)。一定要記住，Recommendations不應(yīng)與研究的結(jié)論混淆。這部分應(yīng)該只關(guān)注對未來行動的建議，不要展示新的發(fā)現(xiàn)或統(tǒng)計/實驗數(shù)據(jù)，同時不應(yīng)該有任何理論概念。
