其實，人力資源對于專業(yè)背景并沒卡得那么嚴(yán)格，文科背景的學(xué)生都可考慮轉(zhuǎn)申HR專業(yè)。

人力資源管理到底學(xué)什么的?

以英國大學(xué)為例，人力資源管理專業(yè)大致可分為兩個方向：人力資源管理( Human Resource Management)和國際人力資源管理(International Human Resource Management)。

相較而言，人力資源管理專業(yè)的實際操作性較強，課程能夠讓同學(xué)接觸到人力資源的方方方方面面問題;而國際人力管理專業(yè)則注重宏觀戰(zhàn)略和全球人力密源問題。

倫敦政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)院(LSE)

LSE有2個人力方向，一個主要針對歐洲和英國學(xué)生設(shè)計，中國學(xué)生極少，建議學(xué)過社會學(xué)的學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)申請。這個專業(yè)收50人左右，畢業(yè)同時會有CIPD會員資格。另一個專業(yè)是國際勞動關(guān)系和HRM，選修課程多，覆蓋勞動經(jīng)濟學(xué)等諸多領(lǐng)域，更建議國際學(xué)生申請，招收的人數(shù)多。

曼徹斯特大學(xué)

曼徹斯特人力好多多，MBS+環(huán)發(fā)，會挑花眼的。當(dāng)然，我們主要說MBS的。國際學(xué)生選Intetnational route那個多點，課程相對輕松，如果有留英打算，想必修CIPD課程的，這個可以選domestic route，這個會附加作業(yè)和3000字的report，比較煩。第二學(xué)期會比較痛苦，量很大時間緊，建議有工作背景申請。

卡大人力算全英比較強的學(xué)校之一，課程設(shè)置細(xì)致而實用。課程強度比較大，與此同時，掛科率相對比較高。國外有學(xué)生放棄去WBS選擇去卡迪夫這個專業(yè)。有CIPD認(rèn)證，收學(xué)生中等不算多，體驗度不錯。

Warwick的hrm不算王牌專業(yè)但大牌，因為這個課程對專業(yè)背景沒有硬性規(guī)定。所以申的人多，有CIPD認(rèn)證，加上華威商學(xué)院有錢，資源豐富，專業(yè)比較豪，會請些個資深的高級的從業(yè)人員來授課，探討當(dāng)下熱門話題。

申請要求：雅思7.0，兩單科7.0，兩單科6.0/6.5;英國2:1學(xué)位。

愛丁堡大學(xué)

愛丁堡的的HRM在商學(xué)院里，任何專業(yè)都能申，2012年開了CIPD認(rèn)證，這個專業(yè)適合以后做培訓(xùn)以及處理員工關(guān)系。申請難度比不上曼大和蘭卡這些學(xué)校，甚至和杜倫比，也會推薦杜倫多一點。
